We currently ship within Belgium only.
Orders with a delivery address outside Belgium cannot be processed.

All orders are processed within 1–3 working days (Monday to Friday).
Orders are not processed at weekends or on public holidays.
During busy periods or promotional events, processing may take slightly longer.
3. Shipping costs
We offer free shipping on all orders within Belgium.
There is no minimum order value.

Once your order has been processed, delivery usually takes:

- Total estimated delivery time: 4–10 working days

If a parcel cannot be delivered because of an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, the order may be returned to us. In such cases we will contact you to arrange a new shipment.
